Project engagements
Each project begins with an agreed written scope that sets out deliverables, timelines, fees and payment terms. Work ordered through Fiverr is also subject to Fiverr’s Terms of Service, which take precedence where they apply.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals and any access we need in a timely manner. Delays in these items may affect agreed timelines.
Changes and revisions
Revisions within the agreed scope are included as specified in the proposal. Requests outside that scope may require additional time and cost, which we will confirm with you before starting.
Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and software remain subject to their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may reference completed work in our portfolio.
Third-party services
Projects often rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, WordPress plugins, Shopify apps and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or changes to their terms.
Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver your project. We are happy to sign a reasonable non-disclosure agreement on request.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data or business opportunity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless a written agreement with a client specifies otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
